A Visual Sound: An Aesthetic Tribute to Activism at the Republican National Convention is a collaboration with fellow artists Terese Elhard and Jeni Kozicky, The piece is a collection of posters enclosed in a folder interpreting the protest events surrounding the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. Paired with collaged images, news articles printed black-on-black highlight specific phrases in color which seeks to bring out our voices as artists, underneath the shadow of mass media's portrayal of the events.
